PROTECT YOUR HOME ADDRESS
This service is for any director wishing to keep their residential address confidential, so that it does not show on the public register. Any filing of directors details for incorporations now has to include both directors usual residential address, and, for each directorship, a service address. The service address will be on the public record; with our service the residential address would therefore remain protected information and not open to the public domain
A director may choose to use their residential address as their service address in which case it will be available on the public register and for anyone to see.
The new NI register for landlords requires all landlords who rent out properties to within the private residential sector in NI to provide a NI residential correspondence address; this service will allow owners to meet the requirements
If a director or landlord does not wish their usual residential address – then you should purchase our Service Address which will keep your details private.
How does it work?
The directors’ service address is updated at Companies House to show our Belfast BT5 Address. When Companies House contacts the director, they send a letter to the directors’ address (i.e our BT5 address). We receive the directors’ letter and confidentially forward it on to the address you specify
The address used would be: Mr John Smith Apt 124 Moat House 54 Bloomfield Ave Belfast BT5 5AD
